With my successful long professional career, growing from the grass-root position upto the Top Management position, i.e. from Office Assistant to the Assistant Director and CEO in India, I decided to stay with my children in Canada and Costa Rica.

I heard that a person can work up to the age of 65 years in western countries.  My strong ambition was to continue working in any Educational Institute as a Lecturer/Professor.  I wanted to share my Learning, Knowledge, Skills and Practical Experience to the youngsters which would give me the fullest satisfaction.

I tried my best in applying for jobs on Full time or Part Time or Contractual basis or as a Consultant.  I was ready to offer my Service either on honorarium or even free to a University which gives free Education to the deserving and needy students. Surprisingly, I was not getting any offer from anywhere, as I guess, for the following reasons :

1.  I did not have necessary Teaching Experience to be a Lecturer or Professor

2.  I was not a PR (Permanent Resident) of this country

3.  Because of my last position was a CEO and also because of my age group.

4.  Covid-19 Lockdown

5. I did not know the local language : Spanish

There are hundreds of small tasks like sharing a page, giving review or rating for a product or page, writing a short article,  searching something from Google, creating a testimonial or many other simple and easy tasks.  Profit from your Talents. 

You can earn 5 cents to $1 for completing each task  depending on the time duration of the tasks.  Payment also will vary accordingly.  If you work 1-2 hours a day then you can earn between  $10 to $30  per hour.
